Note 9: I know that you can make your own custom build of Blender that bypasses the RTX check for OptiX or can download one off the internet, I just believe this method is nicer because it means you can use what every version of Blender you want from 2.83 onwards without having to waste time trying to find a download or building your own versions. If you launch Blender 2.83 or above with the argument "CYCLES_OPTIX_TEST=1" then you can use OptiX denoising on your images or on your viewport with GTX GPUs (I believe it's limited to GTX 700 series and higher). These are great features, but there's one issue.
